Through SuccessLinks, LLC, RK Evaluation & Strategies helped create a monitoring and evaluation system for the Teen Program of the Homeless Children’s Playtime Project. The evaluation team created a program logic model, evaluation plan, and several databases for ongoing monitoring use by program staff and volunteers. The team also piloted use of the new tools and conducted preliminary data analysis.
