Working with SuccessLinks LLC, RK Evaluation & Strategies led the staff of the DC Mayor’s Office of Partnerships and Grant Services (now the Mayor’s Office on Volunteerism and Partnerships) through a program evaluation work session to develop logic models and evaluation plans for two agency programs. After the session, the evaluation team delivered a program logic model and a comprehensive evaluation plan for both programs, listing program activities, outputs, evaluation questions and data collection methods for implementation evaluation as well as outcomes, indicators and data collection methods for outcome evaluation. We also created two evaluation toolkits for DC OPGS to use with nonprofits that participate in the agency’s programs. The comprehensive training toolkits included two workbooks (one tailored to HIV/AIDS organizations; the other focused on other nonprofit services), related worksheets and two sets of samples and resources.
