RK Evaluation & Strategies managed an effort to create a system of monitoring and evaluation for a maritime security training project in two Organization of American States (OAS) member countries. In collaboration with OAS and the training contractor, we developed a matrix and additional materials to guide project monitoring and a future evaluation by identifying meaningful baselines, indicators, and outcomes.
