Through the Federal Consulting Group, RK Evaluation & Strategies led an evaluation of the New Superintendents Academy of the National Park Service. This included assessing program expectations among participants, the effectiveness and outcomes of its in-person training programs and webinars, and changes in competencies among participants. Our team created and analyzed multiple online surveys, producing six reports for learning and improvement. We also led an assessment of several executive coaching programs for Park superintendents. This project included program document review, the development and deployment of online surveys, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and production of a final report with conclusions and recommendations for improvement.
