RK Evaluation & Strategies supported Democracy Fund in their work to develop methods for monitoring, evaluation, and learning at the new, independent foundation. We led a two-year process evaluation of the Fund’s use of systems mapping for strategy development. Together with colleagues at the Democracy Fund, we offered reflections on this experience on the Fund’s blog and at the Stanford Social Innovation Review. We also conducted several evaluations of the Fund’s grantmaking in the area of civic engagement.
