RK Evaluation & Strategies offered planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning support for projects within the Center on National Security’s Human Security Incubator. In partnership with project staff, we revised project logic models, identified project outcomes and indicators, created a comprehensive evaluation plan, and developed a suite of data collection tools. We conducted regular data collection and analysis for accountability and a system of learning for project improvement.
