In partnership with Eval4Learning, RK Evaluation & Strategies guided the Arcus Foundation Social Justice Program through a process to clarify and simplify its theory of change for its grantmaking in support of LGBTQ rights in more than 10 countries. We led research, interviews, and collaborative team sessions to develop a practical theory of change with outcomes relevant to Arcus’ grantee partners.
